Minjar Gold is an Australian gold producer, developer and explorer who has been operating mines since 2013. The company owns 100% of the Golden Dragon Operation in the Mid-West of Western Australia.
In September 2016, the company acquired the Pajingo Gold Operation, approximately 50km south of Charters Towers and 134 km south-west of Townsville, Queensland.
In March 2017, the former controlling shareholder of Minjar Gold’s parent company acquired Barto Gold Mining operations, which is managed by Minjar Gold.
The primary business of Minjar Gold is exploration and production in both Western Australia and Queensland. With the ongoing support of its parent company Jinan Hi-Tech Development Co. Ltd (formally known as Shandong Tyan Home Co.) based in Shandong Province, China, Minjar Gold is well positioned to continue the growth of the business in Australia.
